The Government the Covid-19 rules from Thursday 23rd Sept,

Organized Outdoor Sports are still allowed, we will be sticking with groups of no larger than Six Persons - so Run Starts will be at staggered times between 10:45 & 11:00Hrs

So No Mingling (Ooh, er missus!) No 'Calling' out on Trail

 

The Trail finishes when you reach the words 'On Inn'

 

Bring Hand Gel & Face Mask on Trail!

If you go into a Bar afterwards Please stick with your Pods of Six

 

It is now compulsory for you to wear face-mask inside Pubs & Restaurants, where you will need to leave your contact details and be seated, for table service only, by the Venue Staff, then you can remove your face-mask.
